TGH offers up House and Land packages to tribal members first

Tainui Group Holdings is a joint venture partner within Rotokauri Developments Limited, who are constructing the residential development at Rotokauri Rise, Hamilton. Construction of the civil contract of the first 130 sections is currently underway and housebuild partners have been selected for the first 75 sections to deliver house and land packages to the market. It is envisaged serviced sections should be available to the build partners to commence construction of houses in March 2018, with the first houses being ready for habitation in the winter of 2018.

As part of the contractual obligation to Tainui Group Holding’s joint venture company, build partners must first offer their house and land package to Waikato-Tainui members before they go to the open market. This will be done directly between Waikato-Tainui members and the current 6 build partners. Initial feedback from build partners suggests house and land packages will start from $585,000 dependent on house type, section size, standard of finish, etc. Section sizes will range from 200sq metre (duplex), with a number of sections in excess of 700sq metres.

We have agreed the house builders will provide a exclusivity period of 4 weeks, commencing Thursday 15th June 2017, to allow those interested Waikato-Tainui Members the early opportunity to purchase house and land packages. If a contract with your preferred build partner is not entered into by Thursday 13th July 2017, the build partners will have permission to release their home and land packages to the open market. The six build partners and contact details are:
